How to Request Removal from Ahnlab Blacklist

Step 1: Ensure Your Website Is Secure

Before submitting a removal request to Ahnlab, make sure your website is secure and free of malware. Follow these steps to verify your website’s security:

• Use Sucuri’s SiteCheck to scan your website for any malware or security vulnerabilities.
• For extra protection, install Wordfence on your WordPress site to detect and protect against threats.

Once you’ve confirmed that your site is clean and secure, proceed to the next step to check if your site is listed on Ahnlab’s blacklist.

Step 2: Check Your Domain Status on Ahnlab

Next, verify whether your website is listed on Ahnlab’s blacklist:

• Visit the Ahnlab website or any available blacklist lookup tool to check if your domain or IP address is blacklisted.
• Enter your domain or IP address and check if your site appears on the blacklist.
• If your domain is blacklisted, move on to the next step to request removal.

If there is no lookup tool available, you can still directly contact Ahnlab through the email addresses provided below.

Step 3: Send an Email Request for Blacklist Removal

If your domain is on the blacklist, you will need to send an email to Ahnlab requesting removal. Below is an email template you can use. You can send it to one of the two email addresses provided:

You can send this email to e-support@ahnlab.com or samples@ahnlab.com based on your preference. If you do not receive a response from the first email, you may want to try the second one.

Step 4: Monitor Your Site’s Status

Once you’ve submitted your removal request, monitor your inbox for a reply from Ahnlab. The review process may take a few days. If your request is successful, your website will be removed from their blacklist, leading to better email deliverability and site reputation.
